Welcome to the website of Gary E. Frazier, PA; specializing in Alternative Dispute Services and Medicare Set-Aside consultations in the state of Florida and he is pleased to announce that he has expanded his mediation practice area to include North Florida in addition to Central Florida and the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Frazier's practice is devoted primarily to the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He has been providing ADR services, including mediation and arbitration, in the state of Florida since 1993. As a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator, Mr. Frazier adheres to the rules for certified and court appointed mediators. He strives to conduct mediation sessions in an even-handed and balanced manner while seeking to encourage participants to conduct themselves in a collaborative, non-coercive manner in their goal of seeking the resolution of their case.
Additionally, Gary E. Frazier has been certified by the Commission on Health Care Certification as a certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant (MSCC). He is a Medicare Set-Aside consultant for both liability and worker's compensations cases. Medicare Set-Asides are recommended by the Federal government in both workers' compensation and liability cases to protect the interest of Medicare in certain cases where future medical care is to be settled. Moreover, insurance carriers, self-insureds, plaintiffs, defense attorneys and plaintiff attorneys that settle a claim and fail to take into consideration any conditional payments made by Medicare may be putting themselves at risk of action by the Federal government against them. Consultation with a certified consultant is recommended in both situations. Read more.....(Link to Medicare Set-Aside Page)
